The Rep who helped was very friendly and had a lot of patience with me as I went through the book to look for the charms I wanted. I left my list of charms at home that I wanted to purchase.Not mentioned that she was very new to the job and she did an excellent job and showed great customer service!!!

The sales associate was eager to assist. And very knowledgeable of all the questions that I asked of her

Initially i asked if they do cleaning and to my surprise it was free. I was so happy. I was also assisted happily with my purchase.

I was satisfied with my experience because I was greeted when i came into the store. I was asked what I came to pandora for. I explained that i wanted to customize 2 bracelets. I was told the prices for the bracelets + cost of engraving. The girl who helped me told me that the cost of engrave includes both sides when i thought it was one.

I went to the store to get some charms for my bracelet and I wasn't really welcomed into the store. It took a while to have someone came out and assit me even though there wasn't anyone in the store except me.

Some items I want were not in stock at store. I want more designs for hoop earring’s. Stub earrings’ designs are great, but I prefer hoop earrings with those designs.
