After ordering the 16cm bracelet online for pickup, the bracelet given was way too big and I was surprised at the “smallest” size you guys carry. I ended up calling and the workers there assured me that I was given the wrong size. I ordered the 16cm and was given a NINETEEN CM bracelet. What was awesome was that my girlfriend told me she actually wanted the 17cm bracelet so I was happy to come back and get that exchanged anyway. Say thank you to your workers for creating a problem and then solving it effectively.

It was my 1st time in a Pandora store. I was on another mission for something else. I saw the store, went in to check it out and bought myself a ring and some earrings. I didn't spend enough time to look around because I didn't have the time. I will be going back though.

First she was just keep coughing even she has a mask. She appears sick and instead of bringing the stuff to me I have to go around the counter and look at it on glass window.

Sales associate was very short with me not smiling at all and I asked also about packaging she said “ well! Are buying a diamond!? Then turn her back, I just want her to make the packaging xtra special since it is for a Fiancé! She just doesn’t look like she wants to be there! I want to ask more question and add more charms but she was just rude!

I was not satisfied with this experience because the sales associate showed little to no interest and did not use the SPARK theory, very little energy overall it felt like the associate wasn’t happy to help me as a customer.

I found the sales associate to be rude and unfriendly. This has been my store for over 15 years. My regular lady retired in March and since then I’ve found the associates to be quite different. Maybe it has something to do with them not being Ben Bridge anymore. I visited another Pandora in another close by city, and will be making that my store now. The sales associates there were quite lovely.
