There wasn't much to choose from, customer service wasn't fulfilling, and I wasn't given enough information I was told after I made purchase I cannot shower with bracelet it's very hard to open so I can 0nly imagine the headache to remove daily I thought higher end pricier Jewelry would be easier as I wouldn't have to remove like cheap jewelry so after I was told I was very disappointed

Received bracelet as a gift, never wore it because it was too small. Couldn’t exchange it because I didn’t have receipt. Wanted the same thing just in the bigger size.

Let me start off by saying the pervious time I was at this store I had such a great experience. This time, not even close. There were several associates standing around while I waited. None of them came to help or even greet me with a ‘hi welcome’ or ‘we’ll be with you shortly’. After watching everyone else get helped and the associate I was standing next to complete her sale with a customer and then walk away from me without any acknowledgement, I was beyond disappointed and upset. Once I was finally helped the girl wasn’t knowledgeable and acted like she was doing me a favor by helping me. The only reason I purchased something from this location was because I didn’t want to pay s&h. Five mins after leaving the store I found out I would have gotten free shipping online and very highly considered turning around and returning my item and repurchasing it online. The only thing that stopped me from doing that was not wanting to experience that type of customer service again. From now on I’ll stick to shopping online or visiting the store in Victoria gardens.

The saleswoman showed disinterest apathy, yawned in front of me , she didn’t know how to answer my questions , she didn’t feel like helping .I’ve been Pandora collector than 15 years , I have 14 bracelets infinite charms .I don’t like being treated like that Thank you

I went in to exchange a bracelet I ordered on line. I ordered the wrong size, The place was empty at the time so I didn't have to wait. One of the girls working there instructed another one to help us due to the fact she was in training. She did a wonderful job very helpful and polite we ended up purchasing more charms
