Pandora Jewelry

I love pandora it’s a really cute place to shop for bracelets and rings me and my best friend came in to get our own matching rings and we are so happy with our products and the service we got. I work at Macys but I’d still get my jewelry at pandora. I don’t remember the name of the employee all I know is that she had long black hair and she was very helpful.

Prompt service, great selection, friendly, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and professional/patient interactions with staff. I also provide customer service so I highly value when someone understands that they are the representative for that company and take pride in that!

The young lady that assisted me was very friendly. She helped me find exactly the item I was searching for. She also polished my jewelry and made recommendations for future purchase options for my bracelet.

Every time I visit the store in the Tyler mall it doesn't matter which associate help me I feel valued and that they appreciate my business. It doesn't matter how long It takes me to make a decision they're patient and always willing to help me in my decision making. The manager Shelby is awesome I never feel rush to make a decision and she exchanged out a safety chains and charm that were defective. She is awesome and she runs a great store.

The sales Associate Nadia was very helpful, Polite and very knowledgeable. Store was very neat and clean the display cases were very neat and organized. Very pleasant store to visit I will revisit.
