Staff seemed a bit preoccupied than on my last visits to the store

The workers were rude and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. They were very judgmental and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Disappointing.

Takes too long for service

My bracelet was too tight for my liking after following the website measuring/sizing chart. The sales associate did help me exchange my online order for the next size up. My only other complaint is it is difficult for me to clasp my bracelet by myself. I’ve never had issues with jewelry, so this is a bit frustrating. However, I do love the quality of my charm bracelet & the meaning behind it.

Availability of in store stock for exchange poor. Ability of in store staff to match on line veteran discount poor - ended up paying more just to avoid the hassle. Waiting time 30 min to enter store very poor. Sizing online differs from sizing in store making choosing right size difficult. Staff is awesome though.

I wish they can take less time went we pay at the register!!!!!!!

The sales associate was not friendly,and didn't told about the covid measurements, until i asked 3 times to show me the merchandise..

I think the employee’s should be alittle more caring about the customers. I think their customer service skills could be improved or worked on but my overall experience was great.

Sales lady made me feel like shebwas rushing me while looking for the right charms. And seemed Annoyed it took me awhile to decide on a charm. She made me feel like all she cared about was making a sell and not giving out customer service.

The sales person did not know the size of the bracelet I tried on she said it is the next size down. I made my purchases and she just handed me the receipt and said have a good at. I had to ask for a box and bag. In my opinion there was not anything customer service just thanks who is next. Would not return to the store in Washington Square.
