? A la vendedora por la oferta de la madre y no contesto amable . Yo vi el cartel afuera y se lo recordé de comprar una pulsera y otra es regalo no hizo buena cara . Yo compré dos pulseras de 248$ y me dio una de regalo y cuando ?? Que eran 280$ y porque solo una pulcers de regalo ella dijo que tenía q compra debe de ser 300$ 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️Pague pero es terrible servicio

We were greeted upon entering pandora by a friendly associate who was helping a couple. There was another associate helping two ladies out and the other two associates (male and female) did not go out of their way to offer us any help. My fiancé asked the male associate for help, but did so with an attitude. He looked really annoyed that we asked for prices of what we were interested in. He did not tell us anything about the product in regards to metals or anything information besides price and checking size inventory.

Sales associate knew up front what we intended to buy, she talked us into applying for credit card to receive 30% discount but didn’t bother to mention that our items would not be included in the discount. We did not know this until reading our receipt and then confronting her. We would NOT have applied for a card if we had known. We would still have made the purchase.

No entendían y me pasó a otra empleada la que yo le pedía las promociones y nunca me las dijo , fue muy seria y aparte se tardo demasiado , también agregó que no tenían los charms suficientes que necesitaba y clips 😞

No one greeted me when entering the store. There was no clear line identified for who was next in the store. The person that helped me had ZERO knowledge of Star Wars and kept telling me to just point to the ones I wanted yet when I had to pull them up on my phone she said you had none in stock in the store she didn’t actually look she just said no because she didn’t know the characters I was asking about.

I went in to get a bracelet for my mom. They didn’t have the bracelet or the charm and since I waited almost an hour to get in I felt like I had to buy something and ended up with something I didn’t really like and I can tell my mom isn’t crazy about but I can’t go back to that store if it’s going to take another hour to get in and not get what we want since inventory was so low.

The lady knew it was my first time shopping there. She told me they have a gift box. Do i want one? I said sure. Didn't realize nor did she tell me that she would be charging me. She should have said i could purchase a gift box. Walked out, went right back in when i saw on the receipt that she charged me. Which then she said there are NO REFUNDS ON GIFT BOXES. How shady is that?! I'm shocked!

The staff was so rude. She didn’t know about merchandise and she didn’t give any box or shopping bag for product. Even they didn’t ask to me. Is that a street vendor?? I don’t understand!! So rude!!
