Pandora Jewelry

I order a grad charm ONLINE in December and gifted it to my daughter on her recent June graduation. It has the year 2021 on it. WHY WOULD YOU SELL A 2021 GRAD CHARM IN DECEMBER 2021, WHEN THE YEAR WAS ENDING?? I brought it back to the store and they wouldn't even give me a store credit to buy the correct year. I won't shop Pandora again.

Sales associate was rude and not helpful. Said very little even when asked questions on products or if I could try on a product.

The sales associates seemed unbothered about me wanting to look at merchandise. They were wearing leggings and crop tops which I believe to be inappropriate at a jewelry store. They seemed like they did not want to take and we’re unwelcoming.
