The associate was polite and helpful, she didn't mind us changing our mind or wanting to look at other items, and she made us aware of the sales and promotions without seeming pushy.

Your associate Aimee N was the first person to acknowledge us or ask if we needed her help. She pulled out a variety of chains for us to look at and told us about the credit card and answered all the questions we had. Her customer service was over the top and she was incredibly nice, I would definitely go back to purchase things from her again !

Everything was truly amazing

We were waited on right away. We were shown many options for the type of charm we were looking for. A saleswoman offered to clean my bracelet and she turned one of my charms around, which happened to be in a position requiring nearly every other charm to be removed and replaced.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the staff was very friendly. My salesperson was was great and listened to what I wanted to try and answered my questions. I was able to get what I wanted in my ring size.
