New to Pandora, so Emp Matthew was very courteous, knowledgeable. Didn't rush us, answered all our questions. Took time to show us/explain: the different items we requested, how too's regrading using clips, difference in ends of bracelets,warranty etc. Will definitely return. Excellent experience! Thank you

Once I got home I realized that one of the itemes purchased was really scratched up. I plan on returning it.

There should be more selection of rings.
