I was actually satisfied with my experience. I bought my two must have items. They are very pretty and what I expected. I will always love Pandoras products.

Long wait. Black friday. And the staff didn't show us the entire tray. Only one charm at a time. Asking us what specific charm we want. That's not how I shop for charms. I don't know exactly what I want. I want to see entire trays of different charms. And just buy charms that way. I am a frequent pandora buyer. Usually I like to browse through a tray and then pick a few charms at one time. Looking at pandora book isn't the same as visual in real life. Difficult for us to just order what we want right of the bat.

The wait for service. I was in the store for about 15-20 min before an associate could get to me. Short staffed was the reason and it’s understandable.once I was being helped the associate was ver helpful and nice

First time ever having shopped pandora and my husband and I walked in and approached the counter. There was a sales associate there. She made eye contact with us several times, never said hi or anything. We then faced another associate who was helping someone else to wait for our turn . After a while the associate who ignored us came to us but we respectfully declined her help. Not sure if they work for commission but we refused her getting any from us. My husband and I are Mexican and do not dress up and I strongly believe that our appearance played a role on her not helping us. My husband is a technical engineer and we are very well. Looks can be deceiving. We were originally getting 2 bracelets for myself . One of each color but was told that there were not many charms for the gold one

Poor customer service. Employees were talking amongst themselves without acknowledgement of customer despite my presence in front of them, waiting and clearly needs help. The price on display is misleading and was charged higher. When I brought their attention to it, they said “we put things wherever there’s space, so it can be confusing.” I said “the price that shows should be honored.” Crickets. And on my way out, they ask me to please close the door for them.

Worst customer service. Sales lady was rude I returned a charm I purchased a two weeks ago with birthday discount. Made sure to pick out charm for the exact price made me pay the 10% back. Even though I paid wouldn’t give me cleaner. Then the presentation of the charm I purchased was horrendous. I also wanted to purchase butterfly spacers they did not have any didn’t offer to order I have over 40 charms never had this experience

Salesperson was not helpful. Salesperson did not explain how product would look and didn’t not give guidance regarding how engraving would look before placing order. Salesperson was dismissive and unapologetic. Did not provide any other solutions.
