The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the availability of the merchandise. He did not offer any expert advice. The salesperson's service was so dry, to the point where he made me feel uncomfortable. I felt not liked by this person. Lastly, there was a special offer that the salesperson did not inform me about.

The trainee Stacy S is in training and so the service was slower than other associates that served me before. Also, I wanted to see the ring selection and she couldn’t show me. I may buy more rings if I can see the ring selection.

Associate seemed bothered and dismissive at times. I felt like she thought I couldn’t afford the merchandise in the store. I asked for the rose gold Daisy clips and she told me she didn’t have or came in the rose gold. Even though I had already browsed online and the website said they were available for pick within hours at that store. I just felt like she was trying to rush through me to get to other customers. I had planned on spending more than what I actually did. But, she either wasn’t aware, or didn’t care to help with the items I was looking for.

Staff was not welcoming I purchased three different charms for three different people , the charms were put all in the same tissue ball and box . That has never happened to me before . The employee seemed ver short with me and was not doing anything last just showing me the charms I asked for .

The regular staff has always been super helpful and kind. The store manager Becca however is the worst. The worst attitudes towards customers and even worse to her staff. It is embarrassing the way she talks to people.

The sales associate Rebecca was extremely rude. I returned a bracelet and Rebecca asked me 3 different time "what's the reason for your return". All 3 times I told her I had not need for it, however it wasn't necessary to ask the same questions three times. It was a gift for a person who passed and didn't feel like I had to tell her my personal reason. She was not happy about the bracelet being returned and was rude when asked for the card the purchase was made with etc. She was also the associate who assisted me when I made the purchase originally. I love the jewelry, however having to deal with people like her makes me think twice about going in to make a purchase.

My sales associate was very rude and kept rushing me, it seems she was annoyed because we weren’t selecting our charms fast enough she kept telling me what to get and seemed bothered because I wouldn’t take it.

The agent was very nice and patient as it was my first time in the store. She showed me how to design my bracelet and she put it together for me.
