The manager who helped us in the Del Amo mall location, Adrian Q was beyond helpful and friendly. As he was attending to us, he still managed to greet and comfort guests as they were walking in. He went out of his way to make sure my girlfriends bracelet would be memorable by answering all my questions and being a helpful guide. Italia was also super helpful in this process as they both guided me through the credit card application as well as providing me with future details if anything were to happen to my item.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase and visiting Pandora Store in Del Amo Mall because of the friendly workers that offer assistance. And are well aware of their knowledge of each item. They promote well knowledge and well matters in customer service and in keeping the store nice and tidy .

The associate was super helpful in determining the style of charm bracelet to purchase. She also helped me find a safety chain and charms to match!
