Great customer service! Associates are friendly.

This was the first time visiting a Pandora store for me. I received a bracket for Mother’s Day but needed to exchange it for a different size. Denisse C was very helpful and answered all of my questions. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to visiting again!

Zaria was terrific!! She spent a great deal of time organizing/styling my charm bracelet & creating various combinations of charms, providing honest opinion and feedback. Extremely professional and helpful.

The customer service representative Filomena G was fantastic . She was able to assist me with an online exchange. She provided alternatives for a chain that did not fit my wife's charm. She made the process very easy. I will definitely be shopping at Pandora again soon for my daughter's graduation gift.

Approachable but not pushy sales associate mase us comfortable to browse. Very knowledgeable and focused on our needs. She even remembered us from prior purchase last month et we came back to this store and bypasses closer ones because we we're treated so well last month. Unfortunately we did not get survey done then 4/15.

The Ladies were very friendly and nice. There was a bit of a wait but that is never a bad thing because it gives me time to look around. My order was great and my old bracelet got cleaned so it was a win win!!!

My sales assistant Jessica was friendly, competent, and was a big help in assisting me select the right size for my ring purchase.
