I had experienced bad service at ANOTHER Pandora store and was reluctant to go in. But, after the knowledgeable polite, friendly, courteous treatment I received at this store, when I need a Pandora product I will be going to this location only.

We had to wait about 15 minutes to get waited on. Once she was freed up we were able to make my purchase. We had to wait again to check out because the iPads were not working.
