The sales rep that helped us was Zoe. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and happy at every step to help us. Zoe should be praised for her dedication to customers.

I believe in room for improvement. The cleaning during the week only can be reviewed and some items not being at the store.

I was very disappointed in the very limited stock in diamond jewelry. My size wasn't available in any of the styles of rings I wanted. Finally, able to coerce a smaller size on different finger than originally wanted.

The customer service was just ok. Wasn't bad, but wasn't good. I enjoy customer service with smiles and a little more joy when I'm spending money.

My pandora broke and i thought it had a 2 year guarantee policy but i found out that it’s just a one year guarantee

I just wish that I was aware that at $500 I could've gotten 12 months free interest. I was so close I would've just added another charm.

The reason why I wasn’t highly satisfied is because of the lack of gold charm options. I wish that there was more gold charm options. Other than that everyone was super nice.
