Spent a lot of time waiting to be served by someone

The wait time was extremely long this evening. The merchandise was very picked over, and there was not a great selection.

The Lady that assist me was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied with the product

I was looking for a charm for my 10 year old granddaughter; a very active 10 year old who loves sports. She loves playing softball, basketball, and soccer and was hoping to purchase a charm from one of those sports but found only gymnastics available for girls. You really need to get in to today's world!

I was not highly satisfied as I was not offered packaging for my merchandise. Thought I appreciate the assistance! I would have loved a friendlier approach.

I placed an online order with a coupon I received in an email. My online order was cancelled by the store due to the charm no longer being in stock. When I went into the same store I placed the online order with, they had the charm I originally ordered, in stock. But I was not able to use my coupon that I had received in my email because it said it was already redeemed even though my order was cancelled. The sales associate said she could give me 10% off but not the 15% that the coupon stated.

I did not like that one of the entrances was locked and the second entrance blocked as if they were closed. I had to ask if they were open no one was in there as far as customers. I think this is a turn off.

All the associates we watching us through the window wondering how to get inside the store as they stood in a huddle as if the conversion was more important than the customer. ONE dOOR was closed and the other was gated off. Teri who removed herself from the circle came and assisted us. It was her amazing service that wanted Us to still purchase from the door as the other associate’s were still in the huddle as if it being three of us with three different purchases didn’t matter to them. I’d like to thank Teri for going above and beyond to make us feel like we were customers and not a burden interrupting they personal conversation that should have been handle on they break outside of the sales floor..

I had been looking for a Pandora store near the Grand Canyon, AZ for 3 days. Fountain Falls jewelry store not theres another jewelry store stopped selling Pandora after finding this store in Chandler had to navigate the busy mall and had selection of one kind of charm and was tild not making state charms any longer. I've been looking for Niagara Falls NY charm also since my visit there.

I just wish Pandora had a bigger selection of their rings. Other than that, I cannot wait for diamond jewelry to release with Pandora!
