Not helpful with something previously purchased that I feel isn't up to quality. Not happy withnecklace

There was a line to get in the store for pick up. If I have pre paid pick up there should be one person designated for pick up only just like all other stores. I should not have to stand in line 35 minutes with other people who still are looking and have not paid yet. This is not efficient and waste people's time.

Jerin at the Pandora Chandler Fashion center was friendly. My previous experience was not like this visit. I was treated better by your sales rep at this visit.

My size in the merchandise was not available. Received a $10 coupon but needed to spend $100 to use it. Most items very pricey

My wife likes pandora. It just doesn’t have much to decide from in store. Hopefully this location will get more merchandise.

Bc of how I was dressed/looked, I believe I was ignored and had to ask to view charms, even though the store was not busy. Once I asked, I felt like it was a chore for the associate until I said I was buying. Her mood only changed after that.

Store was only letting 3 people/families in at a time. Wait time outside of store was excessive. Given that it was Black Friday, expected store to provide more service especially if the store was not crowded.

After I entered the store, most everyone who entered got help immediately except me. I was wondering around waiting for help for 15 minutes. When I was setting at the counter waiting for help I was told to move so they could help someone else who entered after me. After I get help, the purchase was quick and painless, but of course by then I just wanted to hurry and leave.
