I went in to exchange 2 charms that we purchased in Alaska. We were told they were specific to Alaska & they were not. The associate made it very easy to exchange the charms gif others that were related to recent travel.

Very satisfied with Pandora because the most important reason is customer service. And the environment is always welcoming and the merchandise is always worth coming in for. And staff are always friendly and they do the best what they can for you for visiting and for you to return. Highly recommend!

Employee Jonny was great and super friendly. Gave us great and gorgeous options with all of our different types of style. He had great recommendations of each charm. We let him know we would make another purchase for our bracelets so he provided us with a complimentary charm booklet
