The line outside the store was long. There were three sales associates inside and one left making the wait time longer than it should have been.

Ran from work to get to the store, arrived 15 min before closing and they had already closed. If there is a time of closing it should be respected, if associates need to leave by certain time, then closing time should be adjusted and reflected in the hours published. But is unfair to the client, to have to guess by what time they will close.

The only issue i had was that the associate did not inform me that with mirando charms one should size up on the bracelet otherwise it will not fit. I now have to go back and see if they will exchange it. I got a 6.7 inch as it fits my wrist perfectly slightly loose and i bought a charm with the charm on it fits perfectly. However upon getting home and adding the mirando charms i own (which i had on a bangle which is totally different) it now fits snuggly. Which doesn’t look nice so i wish she informed me of that so i don’t have to go back. Besides that the experience was wonderful she was super nice and got us rung out quickly which i appreciate and her kindness definitely helped otherwise honest I’d be upset. She definitely deserves some sort of applaud for her customer service. Just hope that she and other employees can tell their customers of that next time is all (:

the customer service was to my expectations the ladies always tell us about new products and they suggest different and new things available for the items that accompany what I already have.

Employees took a little long to help me. The items I was looking for were not available in store. However, employees were kind and helped me pick other items.

During my visit I noticed the girls where busy attending previous costumer’s so I knew I had to wait my turn. Once one of the sale’s Clerck was available she started to gossip with her co-worker and had to wait for her to be able to assist me. As the time was going by I noticed that they all look at the costumer's and talk about them.
