I prefer to shop at other locations, where I am acknowledged and have friendly service. I knew what I wanted, therefor there was not much interaction. I did ask to have the item under my name/account. It was not verified if that was the case or not. I will verify if there is any issue with my purchase.

La señorita Ana no fue para nada amable durante mi visita, paresia que estaba molesta, le pedi si podia medirle el dedo a mi hija y en vez de hacerlo ella, me dio los anillos medidores para que yo lo hiciera y en ningun momento se intereso en ayudar. Observe la interaccion que tenian sus compañeras con sus clientes y ese si era servicio al cliente. Al final compramos solo porque mi hija asi lo quiso. Me fui de la tienda con un mal servicio definitivamente. Deben poner atencion al servicio cliente.

The stuff was standing around talking to each other and outside friends. We waited a while before someone actually decided to talk to us and help us. When she did she wasn’t friendly at all. The purchase that I bought looks used.

When I got home I noticed that the employee who helped me didn't give me any of the packaging for my items. And the free bracelet I got was not the one on the publicity all over the store.

I’m a constant customer my wife, mom and 2 sisters all have bracelets and I love getting them charms, yesterday was the first time I went and only got one charm and I was treated so rudely by the worker. Never in my life have I met ruder employees that I have while at pandora, I’ve only encountered 2 workers there that were sweet and nice. This is just unappreciated, I don’t understand the reason to be treated so rudely when I’m a customer, it honestly left a bad taste in my mouth.

Sale associate was rude and giving me an attitude my bracelet was not used and it was between 30 day return policy. Only 2 days have passed since I purchased it.

I kindly asked the associate Ana if I could get my bracelet fixed there or what were my options and she made no eye contact and said “we don’t do that here do it online” in a rude way. The whole time there was never eye contact being made. Adding on I brought another bracelet to exchange and she dropped all my charms harshly and I had to look for the cross she dropped when she walked away. She brought back a different option and I just asked if they were the same price as I just wanted to exchange it and with attitude again “ they’re the same price” I felt uncomfortable and rushed the whole time. I left extremely unsatisfied and with none of my questions answered.
