Pandora Jewelry

The charms are a bit pricey. A few of the items were not available, so I will be ordering them online. Would have liked to order all including the store item at once; but now I see I can in order a mix of in-store and onlinbe to benefit from the Mother's Day promotion.

My Saleslady is very friendly, knows the merchandise very well and knows what I like. The suggestions she makes I always like and that is very helpful to me.

The sales associate, Breanna L., who assisted me was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful in meeting need. The store offered a wide selection of charms of interest. The visit helped me to successfully pick out and purchase meaningful charms that fit my Pandora bracelet.

i had such a positive experience at this pandora. the staff was very nice and helpful, store was clean, and they were very efficient. i came in with a ring that had missing stones after only a few months, and they were so helpful to get that resolved for me.

Does associates in the store for a very friendly and were able to keep up a friendly conversation which made me feel very comfortable to purchase items in the store

Not enough selections in store

The sales associate I worked with on my initial visit was unable to help me complete my purchase as I was using a Visa gift card. I asked her what alternatives were available and they were not able to help me. The second time I went in, a different sales associate was helping me out and she was taking extremely long for a simple request. Also sales associate appeared a little rude and unprofessional when I requested cleaning of my existing bracelet.
