I like it going there. The only thing I felt was the the lady was trying to push stuff on me. Every time she offered a suggestion, was for something really expensive

I did not find what I was looking for and I'm a little disappointed that Pandora will no longer carry "location charms". I have 2 travel bracelets. When I visit somewhere, I really expect to find a Washington charm or an Alaska charm... The sales associate, who was very nice and helpful, informed me that they are no longer being made. Such a huge disappointment. I wish you would consider introducing them again. When I was in Alaska, at least 5 people came in behind me looking for an Alaskan charm.. needless to say, we were all disappointed.

The manager at the store was really nice. She helped to choose a charm for a birthday present. She listened to me for my personal and funny stories

The salesperson who eventually completed our transaction after hours of waiting was somewhat friendly but the other was very rude. I came in looking to buy a specific ring and nobody even acknowledged me for hours and when I tried to ask for assistance after waiting for so long, I was rudely told they were busy, and not given any direction or insight as to if they would eventually help me or not until I had waited in store for another hour. The store is small and the wait was horrible, I would not even have known to wait if not for her telling another couple that she would assist them shortly after they entered the store as long as they waited. Horrible experience. If I had not wanted that specific ring and already waited so long I would have simply left, never going back. So disappointed as I have loved pandora for years but no jewelry is worth that horrible customer service, not to mention that everything was “out of stock” online so I was forced to put up with it, too.

Breanne gave me cold shoulders and displayed no willingness to help. I would expect some level of excellent customer service since I shopped at Pandora, not Walmart.
