I came in to exchange a broken bracelet. Annette was very informative about my options in regards exchanging, she even mentioned the safety charm for me. I would also like to call out that Annette let me try on her own bracelet to get a feel for sizing with charms on it. Thank you so much for the Amazing help!

Great selection

I was greeted and felt welcomed in. Helped me decide exactly what I was looking for my mom and my sister. Showed me different options on the jewelry

The store is neat, and the SA are really friendly. Although at first I asked for groot ring but one of them don’t know what’s that, but she soon find it when I showed her the picture. They didn’t rush me when it’s close to closing time, which I’m really grateful.

The employee that helped me was so nice! She was very knowledgeable about the current trends and what jewelry was popular. Our transaction was smooth and quick, and I can happily say I left the store with a huge smile on my face!

I was assisted very quickly by a highly knowledgeable associate. I needed two bracelets cleaned which was done fast and efficiently. The associate very kindly took the charm I wanted off a display to ensure I was satisfied. Although this was not my usual Pandora location, I will gladly go there again if I am in the area!

tHE sales associate was knowledgable, helpful, gracious and kind. She pointed out mother/daughter in silver and gold since I wear gold and told her my daughter wore silver. I appreciate all of these characteristics.
