Katie was very helpful with giving me assistance to purchase some new charms and getting the free bracelet promo. I know I was picky but they stood by me and made sure I was completely satisfied. We even made some small talk and connected great.

Annette was extremely helpful and took the time to provide personal attention to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't use my birthday discount in the store! I had planned to buy items on online but decided to go into the store so I could see them before making a purchase and that's when I discovered in the fine print on the email message that I couldn't use my birthday discount code in the store. It's great that Pandora provides a birthday discount, but it's terrible to have restrictions on how it can be used.

Our Sales Associate Annette is truly amazing. We are repeat customers and she always has something new to show my wife. On this occasion, Annette saved the day as my wife was struggling on what bracelets to wear for our daughter's wedding. Annette helped us find 5 for my wife and even found one for our daughter. Another Great Experience!

Breanna shared a number of charms to represent my birthday including my birthstone. I bought 2 for the big day of turning 60. She also offered to clean my bracelets, which I have 3 Pandora's.

1. Bellevue square seems to be a busy location. More staffing seems needed for the number of times I have gone in. 2. The new check out process is laborious and shows lack of trust in your employees. They read the purchased items and price to the customer, and then have to have another associate review and they read it back again. And as a result returns me back to item 1, as she had to interrupt the sales person helping someone else

Katie was very helpful, showing me different items which would fit what I was looking for, helping me with deciding, accommodating when I wanted to split the earrings and necklace set into two gifts.

Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the gift I needed. A very nice lady who cared about her customers needs!
