Starting off, this was the first time I have ever been to a Pandora store before, so I was a little confused at what to expect. When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by Amal who helped me throughout the entire experience. She was extremely helpful and friendly and made the entire process very easy. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was outstanding and very inviting to me. I definitely will be returning to this store in the near future as I felt like I was under no pressure or obligation. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.
