Sales associate was not that helpful nor friendly. It seemed as she was in a hurry while we were trying on bracelets and looking for charms.

It was a long wait to work with an associate. The reason they gave was that I didn’t respond when my name was called. The store was so crowed and noisy that it might have been true but I almost left before talking with someone. Maybe they don’t need my business?

The customer service was horrible. I felt rushed and as if they didn’t care if I got what I want and I felt like a bother when asking about the pieces they had. Just didn’t like the customer service I would’ve spent more money and got more stuff if the customer service was better.

The sales associate was very rude and argumentative. She was very inpatient and put away the bracelet I wanted before asking me if I was going to purchase it.

Rep told us that credit pull would be soft and turned out hit my credit as hard inquiry and my credit went down, no resolution even with manager there

My surprise was ruined. My fiancé specifically asked the cashier NOT to send the email to emycrystalg@gmail. She assured John (fiancé) that I would not receive an email receipt. This was a gift. Unfortunately she emailed me the receipt and ruined my gift. I love Pandora but I wish that she had been trained on this. My fiancé put so much thought into the gift and it was ruined.
