I love pandora & every time i go there the service is on point! fast, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, always wanting to make you happy & give you exactly what you’re looking. it’s always a struggle when i get there cause i want to buy everything so i spend too much money 😭 but that’s my fault lol. very pleased w everything!

Visited the store the day before Mother’s Day so very busy however the store and its employees were extremely organized and helpful. Our person to help us was Delilah. Oh my goodness she was absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable, very kind and patient with me as this was my very first Pandora purchase.

The salesclerk was amazing. She was very upbeat and willing to show us several options and provided suggestion that were very helpful. She also was wearing a lot of your product and it just looked beautiful on her.

The store associates were very friend upon entering the store. Sophia was very patient with me as I tried to tell her that I was in prior and had worked with another associate who kept the information of the exact bracelet I needed for my daughter’s graduation gift. However I couldn’t for the life of me could not remember what the card was called. After some looking, Sophia was able to find that it was a Guest Card, and she was able to gather all the items I needed to purchase. I can’t thank Sophia enough for her help.
