I went into the store less than 20 minutes before closing. They were so kind and patient and didn't rush me. They thanked me for coming and gave me suggestions for future purchases.

The sales adviser was very nice and accommodating patiently with my choices. She asked another sales adviser to clean my two bracelet because she was busy attending me .

First off, I was very impressed with the classiness of the store. Second, Nichole Y. was extremely friendly, attentive, informative, and helpful. She really made the experience for me a good one, especially it being my first time at Pandora. 3rd, I was very impressed with the beauty and quality of all the jewelry.

The man that helped me yesterday was so much kinder than the women that I have worked with in the store. The man was from the Chandler store and listened to my concern; did not question my repsonse or acted surperior as the usual store manager does. He did not rush me to leave rather he tried to upsell me.
