I came for a promise ring and came out with a free bracelet as well as a cute bracelet! The worker Leya was so helpful and nice made me feel like a friend and I had a wonderful connection with them and had an amazing time shopping at Pandora because of them!

Associate wasnt pushy and did not make me feel obligated tp buy something. I felt very comfortable. She was patient and willing to showing me different charms on different bangels. Friendly and knowledgeable. Im already thinking what else I want.

My sister and I came in to get something for my mother in law. We got a new associate but they did a gray job at answering our questions, making good suggestions, being patient and so kind!

The lady who helped me, Rhiannon was very helpful. I told her the general idea of what I was looking for and she brought a bunch of choices for me and talked through what I liked and didn't like. She was personal and made great conversation. She even helped me find something I was interested in online and helped me with sizing even though I expressed that it would be a future purchase. I appreciated how helpful and willing she was to help.
