After Rhiannon K. got done assisting with her customer she immediately jumped right in on me and was very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect gifts for my fiancé. She wasn’t rude she was very patient and she helped me get my worth for my pretty penny.

I placed the order online during a sale. We didn't receive an email that our order was ready. After several days I called the store and found out the order was cancelled. We figured out that my husband's phone did an update and his emailed stopped. The store manager honored the prices from our order and was very kind and understanding. The service at this store is amazing.

Because I found what I wanted and more and me and Sonia had good conversations and we talked about our animals and later on I also returned to change the size of my ring and she helped with that as well.

Sonia was able to help me find three wonderful rings to wear to work since I can't wear my regular wedding ring. I had a few rings in mind after looking at the ring selection before hand. And she listened to my needs when I was in the store explaining that I would like a ring with a diamond but that is low sitting to my finger due to wearing medical gloves at work. She came up with a few options for me to choose from, and I ended up getting three beautiful rings that I can't wait to try out at work.

Pandora is where I got my wedding ring and band, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience with anything I’ve needed. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice and are ready to answer my questions or help make decisions.
