Thank goodness for Emily. I purchased a bracelet in Alaska that had broke. She was so helpful! The online experience I had was terrible, no return message, misinformation and a representative hung up on me. So I was pretty upset, but Emily heard me and was able to replace my bracelet in no time. I’ll definitely return to this store…but not online if I can help it.

I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for but the associate was so helpful and patient with me! She suggested I take a look around then she could offer so suggestions! She helped me find my ring size and show me options!

It is not necessarily Pandora that would keep me coming back, it is 100% the young lady that waited on me. Customer Service sales. Sometimes you miss the mark, but with the young lady today, you hit a HOME RUN!
