I love going into Pandora they are so friendly and personable. They seem to know exactly what you want. Everything is so beautiful in the store it just glistens. They even clean your jewelry for you if you wear it in. They are absolutely awesome to me..🤗

This was my first time in a Pandora Store contemplating a purchase for myself while on vacation. Decided to buy based on salesperson’s knowledge.

Customer service was good

My Sales Associate was knowledgeable about the inventory of charms and offered suggestions/ recommendations for the themes I had been looking for as we built my bracelet together. The Sales Associate I worked with name is Vasil in the Tacoma Mall in Tacoma WA. He was warm, friendly, helpful and insightful. Great qualities considering he appeared to be a young man in his twenties.

8/15/2022 - I was helped by the first staff member to pickup my online order. She was very helpful in this process. Then, while looking around, I asked to explain how the charm bracelets work. The next two staff members assisted in this process. I assume that one may have been the manager because she laid it all out for me to easily understand how they are installed and cared for. One of the staff members was only on her 4th day of employment there and she was very pleasant to work with, even though her knowledge of certain products was limited. No fault on her because a more senior staff came to assist with my selection and finish the in-store transaction. Overall, I was extremely satisfied at the service received in the Tacoma Mall location. I'll most likely be back in the next few months as it's my wife's birthday in November. Thank you to the Tacoma Mall location staff!

Ana was wonderful. Excited about the product. I was disappointed I missed the free bracelet event but left with a gift and a new charm for myself. Looking forward to the September event
