Bought a cleaning cloth and walked out without it. Totally forgot about it, so did the sales associate. Im going to try to go back for it today. Hopefully it's the same girl so she will remember.

When I purchased a charm for my bracelet, the salesperson said, “Only one?” Rather uncomfortable. No, I wasn’t there to spend $500. Buying one charm should not be dismissed as minimal.

This was my 1st time purchasing.. I was only shown mother day specials. I did not know there were make your own 3 charm bracelet options which now I will purchase online and would have made my in store shopping experience better. It would have been easier to make a decision on which charms and bracelet(s) I chose.

I wanted for about 10-15 minutes before getting acknowledge. Then I need to exchange my bracelet because it was too small. Now the bracelet they gave me is way too hard to lock. I haven't been able to use it because I can't lock it. This was my first pandora bracelet and as if right know I HATE my Pandora bracelet. Honestly I don't know what to do with the bracelet now. I don't want to go to the Pandora to my local mall again (bad customer service). Going to another Pandora? Don't know if my situation will get any better.

The lady didn’t introduce enough information about the earrings I was looking for. And so humid in store, I just want to pay for my earrings and get out of the store asap. I’ll probably go to the other pandora store instead of this one.

The assistant manager was very pushy and annoying. She took a credit card application customer from another associate. And talked down to me.

The lady seemed very annoyed from the start. There was no personal connection she just wanted a sale and wanted to push things that I didn’t want. I came into the store, knowing exactly what I wanted. I asked for a jewelry kit and a charm bracelet for charms I have at home. I understand she wanted to sell me more charms because I was thinking about it but I didn’t want to get any at that time. I had just only wanted to look at the charms (because things can look different online), but it seemed that she didn’t want me to look at it unless I was going to buy it. I really wanted to look at more charms and rings but I felt uncomfortable asking like I was wasting her time. I just felt very rushed in the whole experience and it’s sad because I’ve always had a good experience at any other Pandora store I’ve been to. She told me I needed a polishing cloth and I looked at the jewelry care kit box and it already had a polishing cloth in there, but she told me that the one in there was small and didn’t have the “pink” side to polish certain charms. So that I need this one. I asked her to give me the price of it as I’m already spending more of what I planned to and she didn’t tell me.
