1. Salesperson needed to care more about her appearance - nail polish chipping, hair needed combing. 2. Salesperson wasn't familiar with the product I was looking at. 3. It took 3 people to complete my purchase

My wait for service was a little longer than expected. There were two sales associates and they both were helping customers when I arrived. I appreciate that those two customers received the same personalized quality of service that I expected and received. Brittany was very knowledgeable and personable. The other sales associate interrupted a couple of times for assistance but Brittany was able to assist her and myself seamlessly.

Carie was rude and arrogant, disrespectful, and condescending in her tone. You couldn't ask a question or say anything without attitude or rolling of eyes. No one needs to be treated like this by a luxury brand and during the holidays. If your employees are going to be stuck up, rude, and less than helpful, I'd rather purchase through Etsy for half cost so I can be treated like a HUMAN BEING!!

A ring I bought two months ago has a stone that has come loose and jingles around in the setting. I was told that it had a warranty but the assistant manager who covered her name tag with her hair didn’t feel that it was broken enough to replace it and told me it would be fine. I don’t like wearing cheap jewelry.
