I called before hand to inquire about a certain charm and was able to put it on hold. When I got there, I was immediately helped with my purchase. The service was great. My charm was exactly what I wanted.

Leya was awesome! Store was clean but didn’t have the silver horseshoe charm that is available online. It would be nice if you kept your stores fully stocked. Also add more 30% off sales. 70$ for some CZ and sterling silver is excessive.
