Although the store was pretty busy the staff informed me that someone would assist me as soon as possible. The sales associate that assisted me was patient with me and politely answered all of my questions.

They sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me with my exchange and reassembled my bracelet for me. She also showed me the new charms.

Kayla was my assistant and she immediately greeted us upon entry. She was able to answer my questions and provide recommendations on ring selections. Overall was friendly, open, and nice.

This is my second time shopping at pandora, and I am IN LOVE with it. The associates there are always friendly and they make it easy for me to decipher what I want in the store. Also, they made sure that I got the correct ring size for my finger and let me size it as well.
