I have the sales person if I can return an item without a receipt and she said I can’t do it. I know I can get some sore if store credit without it!

Customer service was not great, very curt and not welcoming, Quality of the product is okay, on the pricier side. Suggestion: friendlier/welcoming associates and environment.

I did not feel welcomed at this location at all, just like at the Plaza Bonita location. It’s disgusting to see profiling like this in San Diego, California. We were treated 100 times better in Chicago, Illinois!!

When me and my friend came in to the store, there are 2 associates just standing there. They didn’t even welcoming us into the store and the girl was helping us didn’t know anything and she was giving us attitude the whole time when we were in the store.
