Great Deal i Got Today

I went in knowing what I wanted, the Ariel Pandora charm. I had a 20% off coupon which I was excited to use only to find out it wasn’t applicable to my purchase due to it being Disney. Understandable. Only reason I wasn’t “Highly Satisfied” was due to the fact that I was directed to reaching out to online/phone customer service to get more info on the coupon I had vs sales associate being more knowledgeable on it.

Don’t get me wrong but you guys should have some kind of complementary gifts, for costumes that spends over $300 each time they shop at the store! TY

I went in for a charm bracelet. Sales associate didn’t show me many. Didn’t size me. I have the bracelet right now and it’s too big! She only showed me one charms until I asked if they are more because I didn’t want mom ones. I went to Topanga the next day and totally different. She showed me more charms and bracelets unlike my experience at northridge. I need to go back to get a different size because it is too big. Will not be returning to northidge

The customer service was horrible. The sales associate was very rude and unhelpful

I was very satisfied with my experience. I had excellent service with Matthew. I made a purchase and I was very happy with the options presented to me.

The person who helped us never smiled once or seemed interested as to why I purchased something today. While she was helping me it seemed like a chore. She seemed very unhappy working. When I say she never smiled once- i mean LITERALLY never smiled. I was so close to leaving the store but I really needed a bracelet for my cousin. Disappointed with the sales rep and her customer service skills.

The rep Nadine was very unpleasant, not friendly at all. She had no patience and looked like she didn’t want to help me.

The whole store staff was great! Will be coming back soon :)
