I walked in and Nadine helped me out right away. I told her I was looking for a gift for my friends birthday, and she was able to find the best bracelet and best size/color that I liked. I found the perfect gift in less than 10 minutes!

Stella, the sales associate was wonderful. She went above and beyond to assist me and even took her time to show me merchandise from other showcases that were not in easily view. I had found charms that I was looking for and she immediately directed me to them. She was also very sweet, good customer service. I plan to come back for the new items and will ask for her personally next time. It was refreshing to see a sales associate that knew so much about the products and even shares the same passion collecting beautiful charms!

Elias did a great job helping me in the store. He was able to recommend things based on what I told him I was looking for and came up with some great pieces that I purchased. I initially only went in for a pick up but then purchased additional things that were recommended based on what I said I was into.
