My fist time at this store and trying your products. I was happy with what associate Malony helped me select, which this time I purchased a set of earrings and matching necklace. Definitely planning to go back for 3 rings I want for every day wear. Personally, Im looking forward to complete my lil collection, so I can wear them all at the same time. Thank you for allowing me to share my feedback.

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora. It was just the different varieties you guys had that made it difficult for me to choose which one I wanted to purchase. Overall I loved the bracelet I bought.

I couldn’t find the charms I was looking for, I also think the bracelets should have more sizes. They’re either a little small or a little big. And the fact that some charms are more than the bracelets is a little outrage.

There weren’t too many gold chain options for the pendants i was hoping for. I definitely prefer the color gold to silver and could barely find any hood options. Other than this, employees were great and i am perfectly satisfied .

Just normal trip got what I wanted and left noting too special

No one really was in the store, but they had the store locked where they had to let you in, took them at least 10 mins to let me and my mom in seemed like they took their time letting people in the store and they only had 1 person in store. Maybe work better at not making people wait as long

Well Spence is Mother’s Day weekend the line was moving very fast while we were waiting we check in the web the charms we were looking for we show the associate and she help us right away so everything when fast just didn’t have one charm but she help us get it on line.

I felt like it was rushed. The person who helped me had a bit of an attitude and seemed like she did not want to help me.
