The customer service on offering charms and more options was poor. The employee seem to be in a rush to get me out of the store

I couldn’t go inside the store to make my purchase. The employee took a very long time to close my sale. 2 other employees were visible inside the store but did not come out to help or inquire the holdup.

Robert was out Sales associate- he made our purchase memorable and enjoyable for a first time Pandora owner for my niece for her birthday. Thank you Robert for your amazing customer service and patience. He went above and beyond.

Jesse H the salesperson was very short, had a negative attitude, unfriendly and made my experience very unpleasant. Would of liked to purchase more, but with a salesperson like Jesse I would never return to the store.
