Customer service was on top of everything. There was 3 girls and they were all Helping someone. I fortunately got Lenore she was a sweetheart. She answered all of my questions and was amazing!

the customer service in this store is very very good, I would say excellent. always patient, very helpful with ideas on how to use any jewelry. Very Happy with this store.

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience today first off, because I had a very huge selection to choose from for my charms, the second reason was because I was approached very quickly and by friendly salespeople. this makes my anxiety level go down since I know that I am going to be OK and third of all the sales associates went above and beyond to help me have a great experience with this store.

Courtney helped me and she was AMAZING. Offered to clean my bracket that I bought a new charm for. Went out of her way to get my information so she could call me when something I was looking for comes in. And followed up and let me know that it did arrive later in the week. I always have a very good experience at this location.
