Alyse remembered me from my last visit which was a nice surprise and greeted me with enthusiasm. Her knowledge on the item I wanted was above and beyond what I expected. Alyse patiently explained how Pandora bracelets worked (I'm a guy. I'm clueless about jewelry) and were to start. She was very witty and made my laugh a lot and I look forward to visiting the store again! You've got a recurring guest out of me!

Kaitlin and Alysa were amazing and patient as I looked at different options. Stayed late to accommodate the changes, never felt rushed to complete the purchase.

I was given the wrong ring size and when I went back to exchange the ring for a different size the lady seemed annoyed.

When I went inside a store, no one greeted me, as well as no one ask me if I needed help they were very rude. I had to go to the register to ask for help this is the second visit I make to this location and the seller’s attitude is horrible. It seems like they don’t want to sell. I would rather drive more miles for another Pandora locations then to go to the San Diego Westfield parkway mall, Pandora location. They are very discriminatory because they not only ignore their clients, but they only help specific people rather than having equality with the client worse customer service, and treatment I had at this store

I walked into the location and neither employee looked up nor acknowledged me coming in. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance and still neither looked my way nor said hi. After a fee minutes of waiting Breana walked by me to get a receipt for her customer and still no acknowledgment. The manager Courtney Allen helped me when her customer left and when I told her about my concerns she simply said oh. When I left , I Iooked back and saw her laughing.

I wanted to do an exchange the employee alyse started to give me attitude for my exchange. She started to slam the cabinet doors and rudely ask me for my info. Told the manager Caitlin she tried to ignore me about my feedback and kicked me out telling me by have a nice day then start laughing with the other employees.
