Kephra was extremely knowledgeable and made incrediable suggestions which helped me in choosing my bracelet. I came into the store having a vague idea as to what I wanted but his suggestion solidified my purchases.

On my visit on pandora on Culver City khephra he was so nice

I have tried to purchase pandora’s bracelet for my girls for the past 5 years. Every time I would go in side the store the sales associate wouldn’t not approach me or showed me any interest. So I never purchase. I tried again and lucero @ culver city greeted me with a smile as well as the other associates in the store. Even though they crept with customers they where polite and smiling all the time. Lucero answer all my question and for the first time I’m extremely happy to say that finally purchase 3 pandora bracelets and 5 charms For each bracelet.

It was a highly satisfying experience because the sales person was very knowledgeable, and very approachable. The store is overall clean and very stocked with items. I will for sure return to this store.
