She answered questions with ease and when I asked difficult questions she would go get the right honest answers instead of not caring and invalidating my frustrations. She went above and beyond to turn a horribly defective ring to a beautiful one and turned me into a LOYAL customer now just because of how amazing and honest she is. DALIA is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE and deserves tremendous amount of recognition. I have even seen customers checking out before me thank her for her amazing help and SERVICE.
