The charm I wanted was discontinued. I have to buy clamps in order for my charms to be safe. Buying accessories can be a bit pricey.

Overall service was great, Store was clean and there were two associates working to help customers. Covid restrictions as well as safety kept no more than 4 people at a time so everyone can be attended to by the staff. Store visual merchandising made it confusing to find/showcase all styles and the pre-packaged gift boxes for Mother’s Day looked very cheap. Also, the quality of Pandora seems to have lowered. The detailed writing on the charms I purchased wasn’t clear and was coming off.
