I understand you cannot keep every item in stock. Every time i visit the store, there are always several items not available. They do check to see if on line, but it you need it as a gift for the next day or so, it's disappointing.

There is a list you have to write your name on in order to be served. This is fine as it’s a Saturday at a mall. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, after waiting patiently, my name was continuously skipped. This adds an additional 30 minutes of waiting as I was passed over for other customers. On top of that, a lot of items I came in for were out of stock. Luckily I was able to partner with the Manager who was able to suggest alternatives which led to a purchase.

To me highly satisfied means there was overly exceptional interaction. My experience was very good and I was satisfied with it.

They did not have what I wanted. Ignored me when I walked into the store. Helped me after helping another guest
