I ordered the wrong size bracelet online, so I went to the Arrowhead store. I was greet by Lindsay and she helped me pick out the right size and helped me pick out a chain guard and spacer to go with my other charms. Lindsay was very pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. Very nice store. This was my second visit.

1. Location at Arrowhead Mall is safe and well-trafficked 2. Everyone there is purchasing "Happy" merchandise (gifts, special occasions, "I'm worth it" buys. Everyone there wants the merchandise. 3. Employees make the transaction a pleasant one in a safe, secure setting.

I have pretty bad social anxiety, but Lindsey is always super friendly and has made me feel comfortable in store. I always get her as an associate and she is always makes me feel welcome and confident.

Derya was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise. I was looking for something specific to give to a friend that you don't actually have. She suggested the PERFECT bead to satisfy what I needed!

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listen to what I was looking for and gave some suggestions of what would fit for what I wanted. Although there was people waiting she did not rush me through; she took her time to assist me.

My husband and I walked in and were greeted right away. Yasmine was able to help us find a beautiful ring. She was beyond friendly and polite. She was able to find us the perfect ring. We were in and out very efficiently. Definitely will be returning to see her. Thank you so much for everything Yasmine!

Nancy was very friendly and helpful. She brought out everything we asked her. She knew the product. She offered advice on how to mix and match the charms. She cleaned our braclet that we came in with while we waited.
