Joan assisted us immediately as we were purchasing a gift for our daughters birthday no one else even acknowledged us with a hello. She showed us several options and was just an absolute gem with patience and very personable answered all our questions.

Jonathan was extremely helpful. He knew exactly where things were. He also helped us by suggesting charms that when along the same theme as what we was already looking at.

Some items I was looking for were not in stock. The selection of charms were a tad limited in certain themes: music, religion, dogs.

Very pleased with the sales person and how helpful and patience she was.

Need more employees, waited over 40 mins in line just to get helped. Overall it was a good experience. Just wished it would’ve been a little quicker

When I first made my purchase. The sales rep didn’t offer the bracelet kits. Second the sales rep wasn’t knowledgeable about nursing discount and almost denied the discount. The bracelet kits for 159 are confusing the way it’s advertised and the bracelet offers is not the best one to start with.

It was all good

The price is hight and there is not to many offers. I didn't receive a discount for my Bday or Anniversary

The only issue I had was the info on the size of my bracelet. I stated that I wld eventually fill my bracelet with charms so I wanted a bigger one. The one I walked out with will not be able to be filled.
