El servicio era muy bueno pero la espera en la línea fue larga más de 1 hora pero lo justificó por q era un día antes del 24 diciembre y se sabe q en esas fechas es muy ocupado solo tenían q organizar un poco más afuera. La línea mucha gente se confundía pues la línea pasaba por otras entradas de tiendas y se metían entre otros las gentes a formarse ese serio lo único de hay en fuera todo muy bien 👍🏼

Great experience one staff was able to assist. We did have to wait a while since staff was busy, but overalls they were very friendly and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and said they would help us soon.

Sales associates were not waiting on customers but made me wait for entry into the store and service even after they were made aware I was waiting and several customers had left making room for entry available

It was no fault of associates, the store was very busy and I'm not in the best of health. I could have been greeted while I was waiting since they saw me with a walker.

The service was so good and the people who worked there were so nice. But the lady was kinda slow and I was in a rush and it took her long to scan my items

I tried four times on two different days to place an online order for a eGift card. Each time Pandora cancelled my online order because, "one or more of your items is no longer available." I don't know how an eGift card can, "no longer be available." I tried the online help of BellaBot. If I hadn't gone into the store, I'd probably still be waiting for assistance. The Pandora site also didn't show the charm I purchased available at the Arrowhead Mall store in Glendale although it was there. I even used the mall zip code. The Pandora website is awful. I wasn't a customer before and based on this experience, I'll never be a Pandora customer.

Crowded in the small store. The cases were barely stocked with charms to select from. U had to use book to make a selection.

I got in the store, and they were just which i understand. I was 2nd to be helped out by one of the sales associates, but more people kept coming in and I was skipped! I had to go tell someone I had been waiting over 30 minutes to be helped. All this with a 6 month old baby. The sales associates have to be better at taking care of which customer is next! And communicating that.
